Terms of service

The agreement for using the hosted Bridge service, including account access, authorised computers, usage charges and your rights.

Who operates Bridge

Bridge is operated by SunYaXuan, an individual operator based in China. Service support, billing enquiries and privacy requests: dashideyizhizuo@gmail.com.

Effective and last updated: 2026-10-19. These terms cover the hosted Bridge service at console.yunrou.work. Separate licences apply to distributed software; this policy does not change those licences.

The service you receive

Bridge connects a supported AI client to a computer you own or are authorised to manage. With your approval, the installed Host receives bounded commands, returns results and relays selected files. Host permissions are limited by its local operating-system account and configured policies. Bridge does not provide a model inference API, sell third-party AI accounts or include an AI subscription. Your independently chosen AI client or local tools supply and identify their models under their own accounts, fees and rules. Bridge has no model-selection or content-generation interface.

Windows and native Linux are supported; macOS remains experimental. Your computer, network, compatible AI client and any third-party accounts are your responsibility. Software installation alone does not pair a Host: you must sign in and approve the browser authorisation. Repository access through GitHub is a separate optional authorisation and is not required for ordinary Host commands.

Accounts and authorisation

Provide accurate information and use an email address you control. The same verified, normalised email corresponds to one Bridge account across enabled sign-in methods. A provider without a verified usable email requires email verification before account creation or linking. Keep your sign-in credentials and local Host credentials secure. Do not share an account to bypass limits or access someone else’s resources.

You choose which computers and AI clients to authorise. Review requested permissions before approving. You can pause execution, revoke client access or disable a Host from account settings and device management. These actions do not undo completed commands or erase files already obtained by a client. Keep backups and review commands that can change or delete your data.

Getting started and availability

Create an account, install and pair your Host, then authorise a compatible AI client. Your account shows the available sign-in methods, purchasing options and permissions. Purchases and paid use require the applicable tariff and checkout confirmation. A public product listing does not automatically grant access to any computer or third-party account.

Maintenance, network faults, a sleeping or offline computer, provider outages and revoked permissions can interrupt service. Bridge does not promise uninterrupted access, guaranteed command completion or a response-time service level. Contact support if a fault prevents delivery.

Prices, credit and billing

The pricing page states the credit packages and usage rates. Packages purchase service credit once; they are not subscriptions. There is no automatic renewal or top-up. Credit is recorded in USD, does not expire and is usable only for Bridge service; it is not a bank deposit, cash withdrawal or currency-exchange service. CNY packages grant a fixed USD credit amount rather than a live exchange rate.

Before actual paid use, review and accept the applicable tariff in your account. The accepted tariff governs the relevant usage; an existing reservation retains its original tariff. A change does not silently reprice previously reserved work. Published package prices include tax. Check the final checkout for the order amount and any currency conversion; banks or payment channels may apply their own fees. Returning from checkout does not prove payment: only a verified payment confirmation credits the account.

If payment through Waffo Pancake is enabled, Waffo acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction under its checkout terms and receipt, including payment processing and applicable transaction taxes. Bridge remains responsible for providing its software service and support. Third-party AI subscriptions, internet access and other provider fees are separate.

When usage is recorded

The Host day fee is recorded at its first authenticated, enabled new-task check in a UTC day, including an idle check. It is charged at most once for that logical Host on that day. A day without such a check incurs no new day fee; there is no hourly prorating. Pausing after that day’s charge does not refund it. A running task crossing midnight records the new day at its next new-task check, not its running heartbeat.

A Run is chargeable when the Host accepts or dispatches it, even if the command later fails or is cancelled. Uploads and downloads are separate transfer directions, charged when the server confirms delivery. A later client disconnect does not automatically reverse that charge; retrying the same confirmed delivery does not charge twice. The pricing page explains base and byte charges. In observation mode, these are records only, with zero actual debit. Account usage and billing records let you review the calculations; report suspected discrepancies to support.

Refunds and stopping use

We do not offer general voluntary refunds. This does not exclude refunds or remedies required by applicable law, Merchant-of-Record terms or correction of a billing error. See the refund policy for the complete rule and request channel. A general no-refund policy cannot override mandatory consumer rights.

You can stop using Bridge, disable or uninstall the Host, revoke client access and request account closure. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Already incurred usage is not automatically reversed by pausing or closure. If we permanently discontinue a prepaid service we cannot deliver, contact us to resolve unused credit under applicable law and payment-provider rules.

Use only with permission

Use Bridge only for lawful tasks on systems and data you are entitled to access. Do not use it for unauthorised access, malware, credential theft, fraud, evading usage limits, compromising another account or infringing others’ rights. Do not upload secrets or third-party personal data without a lawful reason and necessary permission. Do not use Bridge where your AI client or employer prohibits such access.

We may restrict access to address credible misuse, account compromise, payment disputes, legal obligations or service integrity. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the reason and provide a support route. Do not create replacement accounts to bypass a restriction.

Your data and software rights

You retain your rights in your files and task content. You permit only the processing needed to provide, secure and support the service and meet legal obligations, as described in the privacy policy. Temporary cloud relay is not a backup service. Review important AI-generated instructions before running them; you are responsible for authorising the tasks you request.

Third-party software, identity platforms, AI clients and payment providers retain their own terms and intellectual-property rights. Distributed Bridge code is subject to its included licence. Do not represent Bridge as affiliated with OpenAI, Google, GitHub or another provider merely because it supports a connection.

Service limitations and disputes

Software and remote execution carry risks, including interrupted tasks, incorrect output and data loss. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that every command or third-party output is accurate or suitable for your purpose. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or responsibility for fraud and other conduct that the law does not permit us to disclaim.

For a service, account or billing dispute, contact support with the relevant task or order identifier. We will assess available evidence and the applicable payment-provider process. Nothing here prevents you from using a legally available complaint, court or consumer-protection channel.

Changes to these terms

We publish changes with their effective date. Material changes to paid use or your rights will be communicated through the service or available account contact before they apply where required. New actual charges require the applicable tariff acceptance. If you do not accept a material change, stop affected use and contact support about any remaining prepaid entitlement.
